Rules

ART. 1 - Organization
The AC MONTICHIARI Spa   , Via Turati 9 , 25018 MONTICHIARI organizes an international tournament named: 1°  TORNEO INTERNAZIONALE “MEMORIAL ALBERTO D’AGUANNO” that will take place in 2008 march, 21-23 as explained on the scheduling of the matches by the MONTICHIARI Communal civic stadium (via Turati 9 ) and CENTRO SPORTIVO MONTICHIARELLO (contrda Boschetti di Sopra )

ART. 2 - Age groups and age limits
The tournament is reserved for giovanissimi B category with regular membership to F.I.G.C. or foreign football association with their own football club in the current season. must be born from 1st January 1995 and must be 12 years old.

ART. 3 - Loans
we are consented [nr] 3 loans

ART. 4 - Football players list
The list of football plaiers must be presented to the organizers before the beginning of the tournament. After the delivery of the lists it is forbidden to make changes or addictions.
The lists cannot contain more than 18 players names.

ATR. 5 - Substitutions
Substitutions will be made according to the rules in Bulletin number one of the youth school sector Rome. All players in the list must play at least a period of the first two period, so that at the end of the first one all substitutions must be executed and the new players must not be substituted before the and of second period, unless they have important health problems. In the third period there will be free substitutions.

ART. 6 - Teams attending at thet tournament
The following 12 football societies will take part at the tournament: LIVERPOOL, RAPID WIEN, FC ZURICH, TSV MUENCHEN 1860, AND THE ITALIAN  INTER, JUVENTUS, CHIEVO Verona, CAGLIARI, VICENZA, PIACENZA, MANTOVA, AND A.C. MONTICHIARI.

ART. 7 - Formula of the tournament
The 8 teams will be divided by drawning lot in 4 groups of 3 teams each and they will play as follows:
            FRIDAY 21 march AFTERNOON
            Centro sportivo “Montichiarello”

     SATURDAY 22 march
Centro sportivo “Montichiarello”

ART. 8 – Results and tables
The results tebles of each qualification will be written as follows:
3 points for victory
1 point for draw
in case of draw we consider the elements as follows:
results direct matches
goal difference
number of goal scored
drawing lots

ART. 9 – Time of the match
Each match is composed of 3 periods. Each period will last 20 minutes, 11vs11 on regular pitch and regular goals, using balls number 5.

ART. 10 – Penalty kicks (in each phase)
If match ends a draw, penalty kicks will be taken to determine the winner (rule n. 7).

ART. 11 – Refrees
Matches will be directed by refrees delegate by F.I.G.C. – A.I.A.

ART. 12 – Tournament Comitèe

ART. 13 – Discipline of the tournament
The sport judge (or his delegate) is in charge of the discipline of the tournament.

ART. 14 –Disciplinary Measures
The art. 36, 2 of sport jstice – Cod. provides that disciplinary measures are not automatic for ESORDIENTI category in that the will be subjected by the sport judge.

ART. 15 – Complaints
Complaints must be presented in 30 minutes since the end of the matches along with 50,00 Euro.
Also a copy of the complaint must be presented to the opponent side in 30 minutes since the end of the match.

ART. 15 – General rules
The rules which are not written in these regulations are to be considered in F.I.G.C. one and with the Bulletin number 1 of the youth school sector of the present season.
